Welcome to Ventus! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. Please read them carefully.
2. Services Offered
2.1 Description:
Ventus offers speed boat rentals for 5 to 8 people. Rental durations are a day or more. Boats are equipped with GPS, fishfinder and more, depending on the model.
2.2 Additional Services:
No additional services are provided.
3. User Agreement
3.1 Eligibility:
This website is public and accessible to anyone with an internet connection and a browser. It is not intended for children as it involves reservations for boat rentals.
4. Reservation and Booking
4.1 Reservation Methods:
Reservations can be made by email or phone call.
4.2 Information Required:
To make a reservation, we require the following information:
– Full Name
– Phone Number
– Email Address
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Payment Methods:
Payments can be made through cash only.
5.2 Payment Schedule:
Payment is made on the location.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
6.1 Cancellation Policy:
It is possible to cancel a few hours before taking over the speedboat, but in this case, we reserve the right to take an advance payment (if the same has been made).
6.2 Refund Conditions:
A refund is possible if there are valid reasons for this (impossibility of taking over the speedboat).
Ventus reserves the right to modify the cancellation and refund policy at its discretion.
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 User Liabilities:
By renting a boat from Ventus, users acknowledge and agree to assume the following liabilities:
user is obliged to return the speedboat with a full tank (unless previously agreed otherwise)
user is obliged to return the speedboat at the agreed time
user is responsible for all damage caused during navigation and must be responsible for the same
user is obliged to report any damage caused during navigation in the event of an accident, the user is obliged to bear responsibility if it was caused by his negligence
7.2 Insurance:
Speedboats have full insurance, but in the event of an accident or accident, after determining the cause, the user can be charged and use his insurance if there are justified and valid reasons for this.
Ventus is not responsible for accidents caused by user negligence and recommends to sail cautiously, keeping in mind the other participants.
8. Safety Regulations
8.1 User Responsibilities:
Users are required to adhere to the following safety guidelines and regulations while using Vnetus’s boats:
Respect all legal provisions of the Maritime Code of the Republic of Croatia.
Ventus reserves the right to terminate services for users who fail to comply with safety regulations.
9. Privacy Policy
9.1 Data Collection:
Collected data is written down on either a mobile phone or paper. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.
10. Termination of Service
10.1 Grounds for Termination:
Ventus reserves the right to terminate services for users under the following circumstances:
Non-compliance with the previously mentioned rules, destruction of equipment, etc.
10.2 Consequences:
Upon termination, users will be subject to all consequences as outlined in these Terms of Service.
Ventus may modify the termination policy at its discretion and will communicate changes to users.
11. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
11.1 Jurisdiction:
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms will be resolved in for that provided jurisdiction.
12. Intellectual Property
12.1 Ownership:
All content on this website is owned by Ventus, vl. Eli Čerkezović. Nobody is allowed to use it without given permission.
13. Updates to Terms
13.1 Updates:
Ventus reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via available communication channels.
Continued use of Ventus’s services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
